While trying to create a Bug Report, I noticed a few things wrong with the form, that made it not very user friendly.
Bold Text is removed if whole format is then italicized.
This is both a problem with the DevForum & for the Bug Report form, so guessing a Discourse issue.
If the text that has been made bold with two asterisks is highlighted and then made italics, the asterisks for the bold part of it is stripped to make way for the Italics. [This does not happen in the reverse direction.]
Hyperlink Button does not work.
The Hyperlink button has no functionality at all. On the rest of the DevForum, a popup window is created to take down your hyperlink info. In the Bug Report section, there is no such popup.

Blockquote and Other Highlights are missing
Any text featured in a blockquote is seen as indented, rather than within a blockquote box. This makes it hard to discern in your preview what is indented text & what is a blockquote. Any other highlighted work, such as Preformatted Text or a Code Block, fails to have it’s highlighted box rendered around it.
Hide Details does not work in “Preview Post” but works on the Publish Page
Minus the fact that Hide Details, Blur Spoiler, Build Poll, Insert Date/Time, and Emoji aren’t featured in the bug report section, their features still work, for the end result. They do not however render properly in the “Preview Post” toggle.

Time and Date Settings are Not Saved
If you move to the final page with a Time and Date setting, realize you’ve made a mistake, and go back, you’ll find that your Time and Date settings are no longer saved. You have to go back and put them in again. To make matters worse, the drop down for the time box only works sometimes, and typing in your own time isn’t very intuitive cuz it doesn’t show a text cursor like as if you can type into the box. [Also it’s not clear if this Date & Time is the user’s or if it’s set to PST. I live in PST, so can’t say for certain. It’d be nice to know this from the user end side of things.]

And while it’s not a bug, it needs to be said.
The fact that the entire Bug Report form is stuck in Light Mode is quite the flashbang to the eyes of a Dark Mode user. It’d be very nice if it accepted the user’s DevForum preferences. I do also believe Insert Date and Time would be a decent feature to have for anyone making a bug report and wanting to go over exact times in the world that specific events happened rather than just the optional starting & ending time stamps.
