I was fiddling with the Roblox Web Api and figured out that you can actually message terminated users.
I don’t think this is supposed to be possible.

The endpoint I used was: Log in to Roblox
The bug occurs 100% of the time.
To reproduce the bug: Attempt to message a deleted user using the url.
This bug occurs on all platforms from the browser.
I am not sure how long the bug has been around, I just found it.
