Recently everytime I start up studio I get the following error:
Login Failed
An error occurred while logging into Studio. Please login on the website or try again later.
(2 buttons, login via browser and try again)
The try again button will result in the same error over and over.
The login via browser, puts me on the Roblox site, then I login and get redirected to studio. Sometimes this works after 1 try, but lately I have to repeat the login via browser a couple times in a row.
This also happens when opening ANY place, even when studio is already open. (including opening a place that is inside the same game that is already open)
I’ve tried:
clearing the cache
Reinstalling studio completely (including complete removal of all files)
Checking my internet connection (wires, switches, routers, etc)
All without success.
Any ideas? I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.
Have you tried logging in with a different device, and inserting the codes to your browser? Or was this only with password? Been a while since I’ve seen that screen but I assume that’s a feature.
You could also try clicking “Edit in Studio” on a roblox game to see if it logs you in that way.
Are you opening up Roblox studio directly or are you on Roblox.com and clicking edit in Studio so studio can open? Whatever way you are doing it try the other ways I suggested.
