Bug where it says there are active players but no available servers

Ok so i am working on this roblox game and for some reason when people join they each get put into individual servers most of the time even though the max players is 12. It also seems that when i look at the server list, there are no active servers.!!

I know that there are people in the server because chat logs are saying so.

I have no clue why this is happening but any help is appreciated

Sometimes if there is a user in studio, it’ll show it in the ‘Active’ section. Alternatively, players who are in a second place won’t show up in the server list, but will show in the ‘Active’ section.

I’ve had this issue happening to me multiple times, I don’t think Roblox is going to do anything about that as it is not a bug that really breaks anything, just a display bug.
