Bug with Studio

Hi! I am posting this not for myself; but for my other developer friend who is unable to access Studio at the moment (he does not have access to post topics here). The message he gets upon trying to enter studio is: “Your computers graphics cards are not compatible with roblox’s minimum system requirements”. He has tried uninstalling and reinstalling Studio but to no use as the message errors again.
His GPU: Intel R HD Graphics 4600
I am posting this report here as I do not have access to #bug-reports. It would be nice if you helped me out.

EDIT: I would also like to include that before; his studio was working perfectly fine and we were in team create together; when he closed studio to do something and tried to open it again; that’s where the error occurred. He can also open files through studio.

Guess what, the error message already says what the error is.
That graphics card is ancient my guy

I literally run studio on a IntelR HD Graphics 505 card. His is 98% better than mine but still can’t run Studio.

Its not only about how much better it is. Its about its features. Your has PCIe3.0, his PCIe1.0, yours has its own memory, his is system shared etc.

I just started to experience this myself after updating Roblox Studio just now. I have an RTX 3080 with the latest studio drivers. And oddly enough, I can open the start place, but I can’t open any other places in an experience.

Nevermind; The issue has been solved. Close this thread if any staff sees this.
How did it get fixed? Well I don’t know. He just said he opened it and it worked just like before.
