Bugged Item "Game Studio Executive Shades"

This item came with the bundle “Game Studio Executive” and is verry broken and missaligned whenever it is equipped in r6 and r15 mode. This item that is ment to be shades or glasses is going through the head and is not properly aligned/sized to fit the classic head when its shown to be worn with the “Game Studio Executive” bundle wich is a classic bundle and isn’t rthro. I have provided images to show this bug happening in game and in the avatar editor.

Thank you for your report. We will not be updating this Accessory.

  • If we do, it’s going to affect everyone who owns and has this Accessory equipped.
  • You can adjust it to your liking using Accessory Adjustment.

This accessory was made for the classic head wich is shown in the photos. It needs to be fixed and an accessory adjustment is not an excuse to not fix a bugged item.

We don’t disagree that that fit can be better. But if we change it, it will affect everyone who owns this Accessory, and some of those who use it may like the current size. This is what Accessory Adjustment was made for, so users have the ability to customize the position and size of their Accessories as they see fit.

I’ve never seen anybody actually use this bundle, and I’m sure that nobody would mind if the glasses were changed to look the way they should. Plus, with Accessory Adjustment the item clips into your head.

That’s unfortunate me personally i think if accessory readjustment can’t reach a regular fit then maybe it should be adjusted, at the same time though i do think some sliders in accessory readjustment could use some more slack as i have noticed some people find that it sometimes falls too short.

I kinda see why the glasses are fit this way for this bundle, but definitely agree that the adjustment thresholds are too restrictive to be able to properly fit a lot of different accessories to all head / body types. I like that the team responsible for these updates wants to respect the owners of items by not making certain changes, but I feel like resizing / repositioning obviously missized or mispositioned accessories should be fine as long as it’s still possible to achieve the original positioning of the item using the accessory adjustment feature. One of the items that comes to mind that I really wish the positioning would be updated for is the Tix Bling, because it is not possible to properly center the necklace on your body using the increments that the adjustment tool allows you to offset items positioning by, and I’m not exactly sure that anyone particularly likes that it is so obviously offcenter to begin with (Sorry to bring up an item that isn’t relevant in this thread, it just comes to mind as an example of why the accessory adjustment tool can’t really be used to remedy a lot of issues with accessory positioning / scale).
