Who am I?
Hi there! I am currently the Head of Development for a roleplay community focused on a parody of the real country of the United Kingdom. We’re currently in the process of building a new capital and desperately need developers to help make our deadlines.

About the Job
We looking to commission builder(s) to help us complete with revamping aesthetics and introducing new gameplay mechanics to liven up the experience for our community and new players we hope to reach out to.
You will be responsible for the development of Westminster Abbey. I key landmark in Central London and one that desperately needs an upgrade from what we have right now. You will be issued:
- Blueprints for the irl building.
- Photographic references to add detail.
- Immediate road layout to ensure your build fits within the city map layout currently implemented.
- Google maps location to find your own references if the above isn’t enough.
We expect the model to be completed and handed over within 4 weeks of starting work to help us meet deadlines.
We have a strict policy on level-of-detail vs. performance issues and, while we try to get a very detailed set of builds, we want our game to be accessible to as many users as possible. Please ensure that your builds will not cause large amounts of lag and memory usage. If you’re not so strong on this, we are more than happy to help.
Payment
We are willing to pay $80 (or other acceptable currency*) for the completion of this task. We are also willing to introduce time-based bonuses.
We will not be paying anything up-front, but will pay 30% of the agreed amount upon a showcase of progress 3 days after the commission has started (provided the progress of a sufficient standard).
Upon receipt of the completed model to a satisfactory standard, we will pay the remaining 70% of the agreed payment.
Payment will be completed through PayPal medium, and we will be using the buyer-protection that PayPal have to ensure the safety of our purchase.
*All transactions must be done through PayPal, hence your currency of choice must be supported by PayPal.
