Hello. My name is Fahrettin, known as “Fahoz” on Roblox and other platforms!

I am a full-time Roblox Game Developer creating primarily Buildings, but I can also do Modeling, UI Design and more! I’m incredibly dedicated to my work and never stop until it’s complete. Many people recognize this about me. I have 6 years of experience.

Pricing

Prices are usually depends on complexity, sizing and style. Contact me to discuss rates. prices will gradually go up depending on your project. My preferred payment method is Robux but other payments can be discussed.

Accepted Robux Payments: T-Shirt or Group Funds.
Accepted USD Payments: Paypal, Cashapp, Crypto Currency or Bank transfer.

Minimum charge: 70,000 Robux / 200 USD. (My preferred method is USD)

Note: I do not take “Roblox Limiteds”, “Gift Cards” and “Gamepasses” as a payment.

Terms of Service

｜Please read the Terms of Service very carefully. By reading this you agree & represent all of the criteria above;

You are at least 13 years old. (If you are 13-17, you must have your legal guardian(s) permission to talk with me).

You are legally responsible of handling online purchases using a verified account.

You are the person who owns bank account, Roblox account and authorized to make that transaction.

You will comply and bound by the following Terms of Service and Conditions. (“TERMS OF SERVICE”).

Right of Refusal of Service
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. This may include but is not limited to inappropriate behavior, disrespectful attitude, or questionable intentions. I have right to refuse any commision at my discretion. If your commission request is declined, you will be notified.

Payment and Pricing
All commission prices will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of the project. Payment methods and instructions will be provided. Prices may vary depending on the complexity, sizing and style for the project. (I do not contain %30 taxes in my prices. And if you want to pay in USD or Robux you must cover the taxes).

Refunds and Cancellations
Once I have started working on a commissioned project, there will be no refunds. If you wish to cancel a commission, you must notify me as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I have right to refuse your refund request. And any work completed up to that point will remain mine. If i cancel your commision due to my issues. You will get agreed original price.

Copyright and Usage
The client may use the work in their projects, but selling or distributing it without my consent is not allowed. Additional price may apply if the client wants to sell or distrube the work. Please keep in your mind that the commissioned work is protected by copyright laws.

Roblox ToS
Any works requested must not break Roblox’s Terms of Service. I will not create any content that violates these terms. It is client’s responsibility to make sure that the commissioned work meets all Roblox guidelines.

Communication and Revisions
I will provide regular updates on the progress of the project, listen your feedback and suggestions. Minor revisions can be requested within a reasonable limit. Any major revisions may require an additional price. Any revisions when product is nearly finished or totally finished will also require an additional price.

Schedule
You must respond to me within a 48 hours of adding/asking for a commission, if you go silent for longer than this I will cancel your commision and you will get no refund. (Don’t try to go silent and cancel commision. If i think that’s what you are doing, i will take actions on it)

Price Raising
I have right to raise price if i find your commision harder than i thought. I have right to raise whenever i want. Please select a price according to that. I won’t get higher than %20 of the original price. (Example: If agreed price is 10,000R$ I have right to make it 12,000R$ maximum)

Bug Fixing
I will fix any design bugs found in the building for free 7 days straight. After 7 days it may require additional price to fix them. Also it is not guaranteed to fix after 7 days. I have right to decline it.

NDA
If i signed NDA(Non-Disclosure-Agreement) (or not) to not share any information of the project but you try to not pay the payment or trying to change dealed price without my consent (basically scamming) I will simply take legal actions on it and share all informations you provided me to public. (includes all project details and private game files).

Delaying Payment
If you want to delay the payment, you must get permission from me first. I have the right to decline any delaying payment request. If I agree, there will be a fee added every day payment is late. You can only delay payment for up to 9 days.

Note: By commissioning me, you have agreed to all the above terms and conditions, your project will be declined if you do not agree to the above Terms of Service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please feel free to contact me.

Important Information

It’s important to know that I’m a full-time developer, so I rely on this work as my income and have a set schedule. Time is valuable for both me and my clients. Because of this, please make sure you are prepared when commissioning me.

It is highly recommended that planning and preparation is taken into consideration. With this, I can finish the job within a deadline you set, or in a shorter period of time.

In order for me to best fulfill your commission, the following format must be communicated:

Building Commision Format

What is the game about? (I’m willing to sign NDA if really needed).
What kind of style you want? (Low-poly, Mid-poly, High-poly).
Any reference pictures or videos? (+7 Picture recommended).
What is the deadline time? (As soon as possible is not an answer).
How big is building going to be? (Example: 250x250).
Do you have any Blueprint or Map Design? (Can be quick sketch).
How much are you willing to pay? (More details in pricing section).

1) Can you work with other Builders?
Absolutely! I have extensive experience collaborating with development teams. I’m comfortable with working other developers to make amazing creations!

2) How do you manage deadlines and project timelines?
Effective time management and clear communication are key. I use project management software to track timelines and prioritize tasks efficiently!

3) Do you accept long-term and percentage works?
I don’t accept percentages and long-term works unless project is already exists or proven and big. You need to discuss with me about your project’s future!

4) Do you do testing Buildings?
Unfortunately. I do not do testing buildings to prevent huge time wasting.

5) What’s your experience with cross-cultural buildings?
I do researching cultural nuances, conducting international usability testing, and ensuring that content is easily adaptable for localization.

First Contact I’ll contact you back through Discord. We will discuss your project and note what you are looking for! Please note that my response time may be delayed due to different timezones.
Sketch Phase We start to do sketching and prototypes for your building!
Work Phase Once the upfront payment is done, i will start doing your building. You can expect to receive your product within a few days/weeks, depending on your current queue.
Production And Feedback Here i will send you development updates everyday and discuss what you like, what you don’t like and do revisions according to that!
Receive Your Product Your product is completed! Every file will be sent through Discord.
