I’m looking for a builder who can make a map much like the Garry’s Mod map ‘supersizeroom’.

Essentially, what I need is a very large room, scaled to what size a Robloxian would be if it was minifigure sized.
There would mainly be two parts to this:
-The Room itself:
–The room is mostly going to be scenery from afar. It does not have to be fancy or extremely detailed, but it has to be recognizeable as a room (obviously xD) and should have reasonable proportions (make sure the door isn’t tiny.) There should probably be a bed, some shelves, a dresser, etc. If you don’t know what to do, you could just model the general layout after supersizeroom.
-The Desk:
–The room should have a computer desk, and this is where all the small props can go, as this is where almost all of the players will be at all times. Small props would include things like a computer screen, mouse, coffee cup, soda can, pencil, etc, essentially just normal props for someone’s desk. Model it after your own if you want. 
I am unsure of what to pay for the map, as I have no idea for the common pricing of builds like this. I am willing to work out a price with you before you start if you are interested. In addition, your name will be on a prominent sign on the map (maybe on the giant computer screen, for example) ingame.
To clear up any confusion regarding this, this map would only be a single room, not a whole giant house.
