The Building Support sub-category is intended for all development support relating to architecture on the Roblox platform. This includes questions ranging in difficulty from extremely basic to even the most technical of issues.
You may present your thread how you choose, but you are required to answer the following questions in your thread;
What are you attempting to achieve?
I’m trying to make a perfect curve for a street.
What is the issue?
I need some tips about how to make a curve, like for streets, corners, etc
What solutions have you tried so far?
I tried some plugins, but I don’t like the curve style.
Those intersecting/extra parts are there so there are no gaps in the curve. If the texture is glitching, set your scale tool to the lowest possible increment and raise the intersecting parts by the smallest amount of studs possible.
The parts are resizing weirdly because they are different rotations. You would have to scale the parts in groups of the same rotation.
An easy way to do this would be to set the resize increment to the exact amount of studs you want the parts to resize. Then, select all of the parts with the same rotation and resize them to your desired size. {Ctrl + LeftCLick = Select multiple parts)
Repeat this until all of the parts you want to resize are resized.
When making a curve it’s good to use Archimedes 2, and if F3X won’t work with multiple things simply use it one at a time, more time saved with Archimedes 2 than it would be using them, now when your don and have colliding stuff separate them, then use gap fill (the plug-in) to fill the leftover gap. After that resize what it made to make it fit in perfectly.
