Okay, so if i want to record background footage for my YouTube channel.
I have like 30-20 FPS or lower while recording it also records with a quality of less than 720P.

(You don’t need to watch the whole video!)
This is what i’ve done.
I’ve done my grapics to Manuel then to 1.
Installed an official roblox FPS unlocker.
But it’s still not working. My Quality & FPS is just too bad for my real channel to actually grow, or watch relaxed at the footage, I couldn’t even record a roblox exploiter due to the small frame skips and the awfull quality. (Seen on this: Roblox Clip 1 - YouTube )
Any methods/ways to fix this issue?

I only can record roblox without turning on the sounds, that would reduce lag by alot! but there needs to be a way with sound, if there’s a solution for this please respond below.
