Bulk Upload doesn't update decal tab/creator dashboard

Using the Bulk upload feature, the decals uploaded do not appear in the “My Decals” tab in the Toolbox or the creator dashboard



All of these decals are old ones – none of the ones I uploaded appear under the creator dashboard or the toolbox. I know there are other ways to get the decal asset link, but this is affecting our workflow.
