Bundles Can Be Archived, Documentation Needs Update

In the Roblox Marketplace Moderation Documentation (Moderation | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub), it states that “archiving Limited items and Bundles are not supported.” However, Bundles can actually be archived after 180 days (6 months) and this feature is functioning correctly.

The documentation should be updated to reflect that Bundles can be archived, as the current information is incorrect.

Made another small PR to resolve this inconsistency, alongside adding a disclaimer that avatar items may only be archived 180 days after their publishing date here:

Thanks again for your reports and contributions @bulabileceklerse and @Mmm_Wafflez .

This should be in our next docs update.

The change is currently live, but again, if you click on the page URL I provided, you’ll see that an unusual change has been made in the first sentence. I don’t think “Roblox Marketplace Platform” is the correct usage.

Although I’m not entirely sure, I believe this also needs to be edited again. Because for an avatar item to be archived, it doesn’t need to be published; it only needs to be uploaded. ‘Uploaded’ and ‘published’ are different terms.

Hi @bulabileceklerse.

Thanks for the follow up. You’re correct that uploading and publishing are different and the original text conflates that.

I’ve made some changes to be a little more clear based on your feedback. I’ve also adjusted the first sentence to be more straight forward. These changes should land EOD.

If you find more issues, feel free to flag them here or, if you’d like a bit more of a direct resolution, make the edits yourself on our open source docs!
