This handbook is a public release meaning that all of the information found within will be useful to every rank, the contents of this handbook are found directly below so please look there first if you are searching for a particular topic. We have covered the main topics that arise, however, if you feel as if your question hasn’t been answered, then please don’t hesitate to contact us at the VIA communications server.

Our Company
Byco is a supermarket that provides exceptional services to its customers. Our trained and professional staff team is dedicated to offering premium service to satisfy and delight every customer. We take great pride in maintaining a safe and satisfactory environment for our community, and our skilled team members actively moderate the premises to ensure this.
If you’re looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience, we recommend visiting Byco. Our supermarket is designed for clear and concise communication, making it easy for you to find the products you need quickly and easily. We’ve implemented specific safety protocols to ensure that our customers feel safe and secure while shopping, and we ask that everyone follow our rules and regulations to maintain this positive environment.

Session Information
All training sessions are scheduled in the training center at a certain time. You can join the game in the training center as soon as there are ten minutes before the start of the scheduled session. At exactly xx:00, the servers will be unlocked.

Keep an eye out on the group shouts or communications server, that is so you can get notified whenever the session is delayed/canceled.
Code of Conduct
Throughout Byco’s Code of Conduct, you will be able to find multiple regulations that you should follow in all Byco-related games. No matter what rank, if you do not correctly follow these rules, further consequences will be put through.
Attire
All employees of Byco are required to wear appropriate clothing. Don’t wear something that wouldn’t be appropriate to wear in public. Uniforms are mandatory at the cafe for Low Ranks. Middle Ranks and greater are allowed to wear clothing of their choice, however, during sessions and important meetings, you must wear your uniform.
Activity
All staff members at Byco are expected to be active. You should keep a positive attitude as you work each day to keep our company up and running. Low Ranks are advised to be active by attending scheduled shifts at our supermarket. They are not required to be active, but providing Byco more activity will increase your chance of becoming part of the management team. MRs are expected to be active at the market and attend a certain amount of sessions each week. Failing to do this will result in a demotion. High Ranks are also expected to attend sessions and be active at the supermarket.
Responsibility
As an employee at Byco, you are required to be truthful at all times. Everyone here, including HRs, will be held accountable for their actions. Staff members who do not take responsibility for their actions will be fired. That goes for everyone, even SRs.
Grammar
Grammar is always needed throughout Byco, as it is professional and makes our company look better. Grammar is needed because, without the proper use of grammar, your maturity level will drop, making you seem more unprofessional at times. Failing to provide proficient grammar anywhere in Byco will lead you to a demotion, no matter your rank.
Professionalism
All staff should be professional in all Byco-related games. Being professional is mostly what Roblox groups are all about. To be successful, you should remain mature and act professionally. Choosing to be unprofessional will result in further consequences that you probably won’t like. If you are seen as being unprofessional, it will result in a demotion if addressed more than once.
Profanity
There should be no source of profanity throughout Byco games or the communications server. Many others find it disrespectful and offensive; we’d also like to keep our community safe too. Swearing will be dealt with by banning immediately.
Hinting
Hinting is not allowed within Byco. People who do not supplicate for the position and dedicate their time to the group will receive the rank. People who do supplicate for the position will be suspended and will not be able to apply until the suspension has been surpassed.
Simple Rules:
- Do not post any inappropriate content. Not only is it against Byco’s rules, but it is also in violation of ROBLOX’s Terms of Services.
- No online dating; we do not tolerate this action as it is also a violation of ROBLOX’s Terms of Service.
- Please do not advertise in Byco games and communication server. We do not allow this.
- Respect everyone at all times at the market.
- No spamming; this includes repeating text over a while and/or large unnecessary text. We do not allow it because it could lag other people’s computers.
- The music played at the supermarket should be appropriate as someone could potentially feel offended or uncomfortable.
- Refrain from causing an argument in your area during your work shift.
- Do not expose any private information about you, this is a security and safety risk, but also a ROBLOX Terms of Service violation.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I become a Junior Team Member?
If you’re interested in becoming one of our staff members, you’ll need to apply at the Application Center. Once you achieve the Trainee rank, you’ll have to attend a training session to rank up further.
Where can I find the session schedule?
You can find the full session schedule under the Session Information section of this handbook; alternatively, you can find the desired session schedule in the description of the Training Center.
How do I revoke a ban that I have been issued?
It depends on the reason; however, to revoke your ban, you must contact a member of the Senior Ranks Team and fill out a ban appeal application. These applications are specific and may take up to 24 hours to process, so please be patient as it may take a while to review yours.
I have a problem with another member of the community, what can I do?
In short, you will need to contact a Super Rank or a High Rank to state what has happened; the SR or HR team will then take on and tackle the opposing issue by whatever means necessary. We take our members’ safety very seriously, please do not hesitate to report a player to us if you feel as if they are “stepping out of line”, metaphorically speaking.
How can I send an alliance request to Byco?
To send an alliance request to Byco, please get in contact with a member of our High-Rank Team. They will send you an alliance request VIA communications server, this must be completed and submitted as soon as you are available to fill it in. It may take a little while to read so please be patient, while we review your answers!
If you still have questions, ask directly to a High Rank or Senior Rank.
Affiliate Information
Requirements:
- Your group should have 100+ unbotted Roblox members and must have a communications server with at least 100 unbotted members.
- Your group must have two allied representatives, active and professional staff.
- Your group must conduct daily activities, announce our events, and communicate with us.
- Your group should never cause drama or have negative thoughts.
- Must not sell anything giving administrative abilities/commands.
The following requirements must be met for your nominated group to be considered for the event of an alliance. If the requirements are not met, there is little to no chance they will be selected.
Note:
1. If your group does not meet the above requirements or your group refuses to follow them. We hold the right to revoke your alliance at any time.
2. If your alliance application has failed, wait two weeks to re-apply.
Affiliate Rules
Here are the rules for our allies located in Byco. I positively recommend all allies look over these sections carefully. All Allied Representatives are required to follow the resort rules. If caught breaking these rules, we will temporarily revoke the alliance at any time.
Attire
All Allied Representatives should wear inappropriate attire that is reasonable to wear in public. For example, there shouldn’t be any bad wording on a shirt or something that could offend the customers or staff in any way. Failing to stand by this rule could offer the specified group a warning. If it continues, the group will be revoked.
Behavior/Action
All Allied Representatives should act professionally in all Byco games. As professionals, our allies should act kindly toward all staff and customers. Failing to provide appropriate actions in Byco games, the group will be revoked quickly without warning.
Communications Server
All Allied Representatives should be professional and appropriate throughout the communications server. Leaking specific chats is especially forbidden. There should be no trash talk about Byco in any way. If we hear this is happening, the group will be addressed, and we will positively revoke the group immediately.
Responsibility
All Allied Representatives should show responsibility for any of the careless actions they have taken within the group. Lying doesn’t help at all, as it will increase your chances of getting revoked rather than having a warning. Failing to show responsibility will result in the group having an immediate revocation.
Activity
All Allied Representatives should show activity within their group by informing us of any important events and so on. If we feel the group isn’t showing activity, we can revoke the alliance at any time.
Selling
If the owner of the group ever decides to sell the group due to personal information or fault, your group will be terminated as our alliance.

Job Information
Intern [30]
This is the first position on the management team. As an Intern, you’re part of the Middle Ranks! In general, you are learning the basics of being an MR+ at Byco. For 5 days, you can spend time at the cafe, check out different documents, and observe training sessions. Once the five days are up, you will take the big test. If you pass, you will be ranked as Assistant Supervisor.
Intern Lead [25]
If you obtain this role, this means you have passed your Intern Test and you have officially made it off trial! You’re now given mod at the supermarket, as well as being able to attend training sessions to train/assist and service customers in our Customer Service. Furthermore, you are more knowledgeable when it comes to Byco than you were as an Intern.
Assistant Manager [20]
As an Assistant Supervisor, you’re able to finally host shifts at the supermarket and during scheduled training sessions! Alongside that, you are also still able to train/assist at training sessions. From Intern Lead, this is a big step as you are now looked as a more experienced staff member, so be prepared to help lower ranks who are in need.
General Manager [15]
As a General Manager ,your position is distinguished by your greater experience, and it is essential that you proactively address any concerns or difficulties experienced by lower-ranked employees and customers.
Staff Coordinator [8]
Staff Coordinator is the last Middle rank. One more step, and you’re an HR. Nothing much is new within this rank, however, you should start thinking about what department you’d like to be in as a High rank: Service or Employment.
Executive Assistant [6]
This rank is the beginning High Rank, a totally new experience. As a Executive Assistant, this is basically the beginning High Rank role. You will get used to doing HR tasks such as writing alliance applications, staff consequences, ect. Overall, it is a huge step up from MR, and it’ll take some getting used to.
Marketing Director [4]
Once you’ve demonstrated your suitability for a High Rank position, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into one of our specialized departments, particularly the Service Department, which focuses on managing events and forging strategic alliances. This transition represents a significant step forward in your career. You’ll be regarded as a more experienced team member, which means that you can expect to receive a higher volume of inquiries and responsibilities.
Operations Director [4]
Upon demonstrating your merit for a High Rank, you will be elevated to one of our departments, with a focus on the Employment Department, responsible for working closely with our staff. This represents a substantial career progression, as you’ll be recognized as a more seasoned team member, resulting in an increased volume of inquiries and responsibilities coming your way.
Developer [N/A]
Developers at Byco are either part-time or full-time, and their work primarily revolves around project-based tasks. These individuals only engage in work when specifically assigned by the team, whether it involves updating or advancing our systems and builds at any point in time.
Board of Directors [2]
Within this role, you are now a Senior Rank! In short, basically the head of the High Rank Team, as well as dealing with new information you didn’t deal with as a High Rank. For example, new promotions such as General Manager and High Rank promotions are now available for you to deal with. In the end, only the best leaders will be given this rank.
Assistant Market Officer / Executive Market Officer [1]
These two roles are the heads of Byco, currently known as r0serk and BADCRIMNAIS. These two people are the main creators of this company, who began to function and try their best to create a new and innovative design that Roblox groups hadn’t seen before. Overall, they take part in many discussions, trying to make Byco the best it can be.
Appeal Information
In-Game Permanent Ban (appealable)
After a month, we grant you permission to speak to a Senior Rank about lifting your banishment at our games.
Communications Server Ban (appealable)
After a month, we grant you permission to speak to a Senior Rank about lifting your banishment on our communications server.
If Blacklisted (appealable)
After a month, we grant you permission to speak to a Senior Rank about lifting your blacklist.
If Permanent Blacklisted (unappealable)
Under no circumstances may you appeal your permanent blacklist. If this happens to you, you will forever be banned from Byco.
Termination/Demotion (unappealable)
Terminations/demotions are not appealable whatsoever. You may not gain any previous roles from the past, nor may you receive any Retired Staff role on our communications server. You are to work your way up if you wish to work at Byco once more.

Please keep in mind it might take up to 24 hours for an SR to get back to you regarding this ban appeal application. You will get a reply about your ban appeal within 24 hours after you have sent it. If declined, we’ll DM you right away. Please remember not to complain if your application has been declined, we’re most likely to pass others who had more detail in their answers.
