Cache assets loaded in Studio

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to continually test games that are very asset-heavy. Because assets are in the cloud, they have to be reloaded every test. When doing rapid testing & development, this can really drag down development speed.

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve the development experience because it would allow everyone to not have to wait for assets to redownload every time a place is being tested.

My suggestion is to add some sort of asset caching behavior for Studio, perhaps in a location and limit that can be set by developers. It would be great to have snappy loading times during development.

This would be super useful, especially for developers with slower internet speeds or who are on a data plan.

If this were to be for development purposes only and not a thing for all user experience, then I think having an option to toggle using the cache would be important to see what the load times are like for the end player.
