Hello, I am currently working on a café and I am lookin for feedback. The build isn’t very good, but I am panning to sell the café. I will be taking all feedback seriously.

Its a good start, Good job using different colors and materials too make it look better.
You should have a hanging menu above the counter too make it look more like a café.

I think that the overhanging shade in the second photo should be made out of parts and not just a wedge and a decal.

Good start. To me, the interior space seems a little tight, with the space behind the counter looking especially small. The addition of more windows and a lighter roof color would definitely make the place look more open! Good luck! 
I feel like if you were to sell this, add some trees and grass on the outside.
Simple but nice. I have a few suggestions I think can make it even better:
- Trim, real buildings tend to have some kind of trim. Either a second color spilling the wall lower down or an actual small trim around the edges.
- The bricks near the door, they aren’t facing the right way, you need to rotate the blocks so the bricks are stacked realistically.
- The bricks near the door feel off. I’d say either make them smaller so they feel like a trim, or give some space between the door and them so it doesn’t feel as blocky? Also the side being so much thicker than the top feel off to me.
- You decorated one wall a little, might be a good idea to decorate the others, or put in a fake plant or two!
Overall I think it’s a great start, and easily adaptable for use.
The cafe, is great overall! But the only thing I might odd, is that there is only 2 tables, and what is the blue thing in the middle for?
