I have to say one thing… Wow! Good job so far, simple, basic and the best part modern. I would recommend to put little details on the walls, or any other side you would prefer, but put more detail into it.
I won’t say it worth 100,000R$ since you’re new to this and obviously no one would pay something like that to someone new. But is atleast 2,000R$ since is a little bit small.
Keep the hard work, also, for the furniture I would recommend Blender as I always recommend it for this type of stuff. Sometimes the combination of Blender and Studio is really good.

Hey, I don’t think selling games is really promoted however some people still do it. I think it’s great for a beginner. It’d probably be worth about 10,000 robux.

He’s not really selling the game, since no scripting has gone into it, it’s just selling something like a map, which is allowed on Roblox.

The exterior of the building itself is really nice and modern. Maybe consider adding a skybox to th cafe to get it a nice feel to it. The terrain seems to lack detail. There is very little detail and you can make it by better by adding benches, plants pathways trees, etc.
The cafe looks very well put together like the lights placed underneath the overhang roof, it gives the place a very nice feel however I feel like the cafe is missing a couple of features I feel like there could be some exterior seating. The exterior looks pretty nice, you could add some chairs and tables, try placing some table decor onto it like a small potted plant table cloth cups something like that could work.
Your terrain seem to be empty. Since your going for a modern-low-poly design, add some terrain objects like grass plants maybe a few trees on the mountains. Modern can be achieved in many ways, and simple changes like these will improve your build. Nice build.

Firs things first I like it, it’s modern but not too drowning in detail, personally to make this better you could add some more scenery and maybe some lighting effects, I also think you should get into building in a sort of low poly style as you would exceed in creating builds in that sector. I would say you could sell this for around 1-2k.

This is way cool for a new builder to create but generally speaking in no offense, it’s not worth 2.5k, sorry. You can notice some errors like terrain not matching up with colors (grass), the top gray bricks is not aligned (shown below), and the inside looks empty with wall decor, no themes connecting with inside and outside (like there is red, tan, brown, blue), and it would require lot’s of work fitting it into a cafe groups style/theme with branding and theme.
Personally, I would say the max you could get is 500 and no hard feelings or hate towards you or the other builder. It requires more attention into the current age of cafes with detail, vibes, etc. and attention towards lighting/terrain/outside spawn area.

Genially speaking the most you’ll get is probably about 500-600 robux with this. It’s mostly empty and plain looking, but styles like this would be nice for a lowpoly build; However just because it’s lowpoly it doesn’t have to be a extremely plain.

Am I missing something? You’re a new builder, this is pretty good for being new. However, I have absolutely no idea why people are saying this is worth 10k. It’s worth like 1.5k max including terrain. It looks empty. Try color combo
