Hello. Me and my other Owner of a newly created cafe roleplay group have decided to change up our ranks a bit. I’d like some feedback on whether or not these ranks are suitable for our group and if they match well.

In my experience the more ranks the more confusing. If the ranks are only away to display the amount of players then this is perfectly OK. Alternatively if you were using this as a way to direct players to management this could be really confusing. Since the player base of these types of games usually comes to be younger kids I doubt any of them would know what a board of executives is.
Perhaps use simpler ranks, or cut a majority of them out for a more broad ranking. This way all of the higher ranking players remain higher ranking. Plus there is less confusion with players who want to find higher ranking members.
For example the rankings chef and cashier do not need their own senior rankings. All of the higher ranking cashiers and chefs could simply be referred to as seniors. I also don’t see the need to have a protector rank. As there is no stocks in roblox there is no need to have a chairman rank either. There’s also no need to have assistant managers and general managers.
If this were a more professional platform I would have applauded you for the immense detail that you have put into the system. But ROBLOX is relatively simple and there is no need for the amount of ranks that are displayed.
