So I’ve come up with an idea for a “game” where you just afk with premium subsciption and get the certain percantage of what you have earned while doing so (kinda like those mobile aps where you watch ads for money).
I know it is highly unlikely I’m the first to come up with this idea. So what are your thoughts?

if you break it you can get warnings, strieks and even bans

you are using a promise of robux to get people to join your group and to afk in your game
you might be able to argue a few things, but in the end, do you seriously think roblox would be happy with this sort of thing
That’s not completely true, especially since @Exozorcus’s point uses the word “including,” implying that it isn’t an exhaustive list and could, therefore, include what the OP mentioned.
Apologies, I believe I was confused by that. However, the mention of fraudulent or misleading manner could include what the OP mentioned, although not explicitly stated.

The OP could go out of his way to get ahold of the internal policy/calculation regarding premium payouts. However, I agree your second point does nullify the premise of OP’s idea entirely.
