Calypso

"Blended to Perfection"

Calypso is a tropical-styled juice bar, serving up fresh beverages and refreshing donuts to customers daily. We are actively growing on the platform, expanding the reach of our games and the members of our amazing staff team, whom keep the juice bar running smoothly daily, prepared to deal with any challenges faced to them. We offer fine customer service, perfectly picked to make sure you have a fine experience; and that you wish to return to us.

    :heavy_check_mark: Unfortunately, Calypso does not give out free ranks! We often open Management Intern applications though, so check them out!

    :heavy_check_mark: At this point in time, Calypso has already got a strong team of Developers to create Calypso’s extensive set of games.

Code of Conduct

Here at Calypso, we strive in keeping our community a safe & enjoyable environment for everyone. To make sure we accomplish this, we have implemented certain rules, known as our ‘Code of Conduct’, that is required to be followed by everyone on Calypso grounds. This includes all games of Calypso, our community server and the main wall.

Code of Conduct
#1 | To keep Calypso safe, we have a strict policy against inappropriate language and curse words. You will be kicked, and if found continuing you will be banned.

#2 | Trolling is prohibited here at Calypso. You will be instantly warned by a Intern or above if caught doing so.

#3 | Caps Abuse is restricted here at Calypso, and is a warn-able offence. This means do not send full sentences in capital letters.

#4 | Mass Spamming our in-game chat, or community server chat, is prohibited. You will be instantly banned if caught. Light Spamming will result in a kick.

#5 | Do not use any racial terms or slurs. Calypso welcomes everyone, no matter their race, hence why it is prohibited. You will be instantly blacklisted if caught.

#6 | Leaking restricted information or creating false rumours will result in a blacklist from the community.

#7 | Due to our games being on ROBLOX, you are required to follow their Terms of Service & Community Guidelines at all times.

#8 | When communicating with others on the community server, you must followed the third-party Discord’s Terms of Use.

#9 | If under Intern and caught wearing MR+ uniform, you will be asked to take it off. Failure to comply will result in serious consequences.

#10 | If under Chief Relations Officer and caught wearing HR+ uniform, you will be asked to take it off. Failure to comply will result in serious consequences.

Partnership Procedure
Role Tasks & Information

  • Customer
    Members of the community who regularly come to the juice bar for food & drink. This role is obtainable by joining the group.

  • Representative
    Members of the community who are higher-ranking members in any allianced groups. This role is obtainable by being a representative of an allianced group.

LR

  • Trainee
    Staff who have just passed an application, but have not completed proper training yet. This role is obtainable by passing the trainee application.

  • Junior Barista
    Staff who have just passed their first training session, and work daily at the juice bar. This role is obtainable by passing a training.

  • Barista
    Staff who have just passed their second training session, and work daily at the juice bar. This role is obtainable by passing a training.

  • Senior Barista
    Staff who have just passed their third training session, and work daily at the juice bar. This role is obtainable by passing a training.

  • Head Barista
    Staff who have shown constable activity and professionalism at the juice bar, and who work daily at the juice bar. This role is obtainable by being noticed by a HR+ for a promotion.

MR

  • Staff Assistant
    Staff who regularly supervise the juice bar and assist in training sessions. This role is obtainable by receiving a promotion or application.

  • Supervising Team
    Staff who regularly supervise the juice bar and assist in training sessions. This role is obtainable by receiving a promotion from Staff Assistant.

  • Management Team
    Staff who regularly supervise the juice bar and assist in training sessions. This role is obtainable by receiving a promotion from Supervising Team.

  • Administration Team
    Staff who regularly manage the juice bar, and host training sessions. This role is obtainable by receiving a promotion from Management Team.

HR

  • Chief Relations Officer
    Staff who coordinate the Public Relations section of Calypso and deal with administrative tasks. This role is obtainable by receiving a promotion.

  • Chief Staff Officer
    Staff who coordinate the Human Resources section of Calypso and deal with administrative tasks. This role is obtainable by receiving a promotion.

  • Chief Operations Officer
    Staff who coordinate the Operations section of Calypso and deal with administrative tasks. This role is obtainable by receiving a promotion.

  • Chief Executive Officer
    Staff who coordinate the daily operations while higher-ranking members are busy. This role is obtainable by receiving a promotion.

DEVELOPMENT

  • Developer
    Members of the group who constantly provide Calypso with assets and update the game regularly. This role is obtainable if you are chosen to be a developer by the Head Developer or the Owner.

CORPORATE

  • Vice President
    A member of staff who oversees day-to-day operations to make sure the group is running correctly and completes administrative tasks. This role is obtainable via a promotion.

  • President
    A member of staff who oversees day-to-day operations to make sure the group is running correctly and completes administrative tasks. This role is obtainable via a promotion.

  • Vice Chairman
    Staff who co-own the group and completes administrative tasks while overseeing the group. This role is obtainable if you are chosen by the Chairman.

  • Chairman
    The person who owns the group and completes administrative tasks while overseeing the group. This role is NOT obtainable.

Promotional Guide

  • Customer - Trainee
    Join the group and complete a trainee application at the Application Portal!

  • Trainee - Junior Barista
    Attend & pass a low-ranking training session at the Training Facility.

  • Junior Barista - Barista
    Attend & pass a low-ranking training session at the Training Facility.

  • Barista - Senior Barista
    Attend & pass a low-ranking training session at the Training Facility.

  • Senior Barista - Head Barista
    This rank is obtainable by showing constant activity at the juice bar, supporting other members of staff and showing a level of professionalism while working.
