Some users still do not have camera avatar animation available, even when they have voice chat. This seems unintentional due to it being rolled out to even <13 aged users, and it’s available on new accounts.
Expected behavior
You are able to enable Animate your avatar with your movement and the toggle shows up in Settings.

To add a bit more detail, this hasn’t been addressed until now… Users who also verified their account ever since the beta release of spatial voice (a.k.a. voice chat). I don’t have the camera feature enabled despite all of the verification processes, but for new accounts created back in mid-2023 and in this year, have.
I have today’s picks and camera on my alt account but not my main, can confirm
can also confirm this. Created a new account on November 2nd of 2023 to test this and received immediate access after verification, meanwhile my main, (which was verified upon the beta release of spatial voice) is still missing the toggle.
