Camera Output on a surface GUI?

Right, so basically, I’m trying to see if theres a way to have camera output visible on a surface GUI.

I know that I can use viewports to display a group of parts, but I’d like to have the raw camera output from the game to be displayed on a viewport. I’m doing this for an F1 game, trying to have the camera view appear on a board on the pit wall boards.

I want the camera view to appear in the red sections.

I’m just looking to see if this is realistically possible in some way, since I think it’d be a little bit taxing on players PCs if the entire workspace has to be replicated in each viewport for this to work.

No. The ViewpprtFrame is probably the least terrible way.

For something decorative like this though, I would just take 5-10 screenshots from a bunch of your racetracks, upload them like normal, and cycle through them. Make it look like a low resolution, low framerate CCTV or something.

Yeah I was trying to go for a live camera view, to transition away from the strategists and engineers having to use out spectate system which directs all their attention away from the pits and any duties they need to complete, or stats the need to observe.

I don’t think it’s too efficient to have the viewport for a live camera view.
