So basically, my camera is stuck like this in my game:
Shiftlocking is disabled, and my cursor is invisible. It happens in-studio and in-game. Disabling all scripts and it still happens. Started happening 10 minutes ago!

I think your problem is you need to zoom out, but you can’t since the gui is in the way of scrolling. Try pressing the o key to zoom out ingame that may solve your problem.
No it doesn’t.
No, when I press the button on the ui, it closes, but it’s stuck in a shiftlock mode, and I can’t see my cursor. What I mean is, my avatar moves directly right and the camera is in the same position as shiftlock mode.
It happened to me when I got a pistol from the toolbox, when I removed the pistol my camera was fixed and my cursor was visible again.
