Camera Stutter / Input Delay Problem

I’ve been having a problem where if I turn my graphics up to max settings there is a delay between me moving my mouse and my camera moving in-game. This is something that only happens in my game and a few others, most games seem like they don’t have this problem.

I’ve tried isolating multiple different factors, but none of these seem to have made a difference. The only time this improves is when I turn my graphics down to a very low setting. Is it possible this could be the result of too many parts, a memory leak, or non-updated graphics card drivers?

To clarify it doesn’t seem like there is an fps drop, just a camera stutter and input delay. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a good way to optimize this? I’ve tried only rendering what you can see but that doesn’t seem to make a difference.

EDIT: This doesn’t happen in studio, only in-game. I don’t believe it has anything to do with renderstepped.

(12/25) HOW TO FIX: Check micro profiler and see what is causing the lag, seems like Roblox’s lag causes some major input delay. Replacing buildings and whatnot made the biggest difference. It might be due to an underperforming CPU.
