Rank Information

CWC is run with the help of different roles and different people with different jobs. Every role, big or small is an important contributor to our camp running smoothly. Our staff needs to understand what their role is and how to act in it. Below is a complete guide to understanding the purpose of each rank at Camp Willowcreek.

LOW RANK (LR)

The LR role is the lowest rank group at CWC, although they are a key part of our Camp. Without LRs, we wouldn’t be able to run our camp. LRs run all camp activities and help out our campers in having a good time at CWC.

Trainee:
A Trainee is an individual who has passed a quiz, they aren’t yet able to work as a staff member and must attend training. A trainee will be still allowed to role-play as a camper.

Junior Counselor:
A Junior Counselor is a staff member at CWC. This individual has passed a training and can now work at CWC. A Junior Counselor helps run operations at the camp smoothly, assisting campers when necessary. Your job is to take care of the campers, and lead them to activities! You will go to the main in-game lodge, and take a group of campers with you to a cabin. You are also welcome to find other counselors to team up with. While working as a Junior Counselor, it is important to remember that you are always eligible for a promotion in the future! You can obtain a promotion by attending another training session which will rank you up to the next role!

Counselor:
A Counselor is a staff member at CWC. This individual has passed two trainings and works at CWC. A Counselor shares many common duties as a Junior Counselor; they are in charge of helping activities run smoothly and assisting campers if necessary. Your job is to take care of the campers and take them to activities! You will go to the in-game lodge, and take the group of campers with you to a cabin. You are also welcome to find other counselors to work with. While working as a Counselor is similar to being a Junior Counselor, one key difference is you are now eligible for consideration for promotion to Camp Assistant.

Lifeguard:
A Lifeguard is part of the staff team at CWC. This individual has passed training and works at CWC. A Lifeguard has a fundamental duty at CWC; their regular role is to keep watch near the lake and make sure everyone is safe. They make sure Campers aren’t running by the water, they supervise near-water activities ex. canoeing, iceberg, etc. When they are off duty and no activities are taking place by the water, lifeguards are welcome to join counselors in helping the campers. Lifeguards are still allowed to train up to the Counselor role.

Nurse:
A Nurse is part of the staff team at CWC. This is a special role as you aren’t able to train for it and it’s a gamepass. You may not automatically get this role when buying the gamepass, although you will be supplied with all the in-game roleplay tools required for being a nurse. A nurse makes sure the campers are well, if a camper is injured or sick a nurse will treat said camper. Nurses are also allowed to tag along with counselors and their groups to provide on-site care as much as possible.

MEDIUM RANK (MR)

The MR role is an integral part of the operations of CWC. Individuals within this group strive for excellence and show dedication and leadership skills. Medium Ranks have responsibilities and those who get promoted up here have proved their dedication to our community.
