When I try to change the thumbnail of one of my plugins on the Creator Store configure page to a new image that has not been uploaded to Roblox before, I am met with this error:

Please attach any errors (red text) that appears in your browser console. You can do so by pressing Ctrl + Shift + I on most browsers and taking a screenshot of the text that pops up. This will be crucial to allow engineers to diagnose the issue.

Edit: I tried another image that got past the automated moderation a few weeks ago and it worked after a few tries.
Thanks for the PM, our team is looking into it. We believe the problem is connected to the file size of the image. As a workaround for now, you can try uploading a smaller version of the image.
I tried it at 512x512 and it worked! The image size I was trying to upload before was 1000x1000. Thanks a bunch.
