Can’t join any games on iOS Mobile

I don’t know how to replicate this, but to put it simply, I can’t really join any games because I’m stuck on this screen

I reinstalled the iOS app many times, and the issue still persists. I even updated too.
Bans still give messages though

The issue is that I’m stuck at “Joining Server”. And this has been happening for over a week now. Let me play Roblox man

Expected behavior

I expect to join the game. Instead of being stuck at “Joining Server”

For software info I guess i can say I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro Max but I don’t know what else I can say.

Hi @Micamaster100, we apologize for the belated reply. Are you still encountering this issue? If so, are you able to join games using the same account on other devices?

hi! sorry for the slightly more belated reply, i am no longer encountering this issue, and i noticed it was because of a vpn i was using. however with the vpn i was able to do any roblox service except join a server. the fact that it was stuck on joining server with no errors was pretty odd. but i’ll just assume it’s the vpn’s issue.
