Can’t log out of creator hub

I was about to upload a t shirt on an account to be hidden. However I tried uploading it and this happens


I can’t log out of my main account at all into girlwithahugehearta (no joke that’s the name it’s based on Albertsstuff Girlwithabigheart2)
Meaning I can’t give it the t shirt

This mp4 may be corrupted, could you upload it to YouTube?
You can also try clearing your cookies. That should log you out.

Hello! Please try clearing out your browser’s cache. This may solve the issue with trying to log out of your Roblox Creator Hub Account.

For Safari, you can follow these steps below to clear your cache.

  1. Click the Safari menu in the top left corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Click Manage Website Data.
  5. Click Remove all to remove cached data and cookies.

Hi @walywhale, thanks for the report. Are you on an iPad? Which OS version are you using? On iPad, the menu is supposed to open on click. It looks like it’s not working properly for you. We’ll look into it. :slight_smile:
