Our team recently created a FREE UGC game using VoiceChat API. The game has been running without any issues for two days, but suddenly got moderated for “Spam”. I can’t understand how the game itself can be “Spam”. I already tried to appeal to Roblox support. But there’s no follow-up action taken.
Is there any reason for this moderation that you guys can guess?
If there are no problems, how can I make it public again?
PS. I saw many other games using [FREE UGC] on their game name.

It’s been two days since I received this reply. I would at least like to know the real reason for the moderation.
It can take up to 3 weeks to get reply from support 
. No one can help you there with that problem even if we want so, sorry. Just wait and get some patience.
After 30 days, asset will no longer be subject to review. However, I wonder how the game itself can be “Spam”.
I’m not interested in getting an answer from Roblox for now, but in discussing the reasons for the moderation.
