Depends, do you mean as in accessories users are wearing? That has a very low chance, considering servers with 100+ players are not laggy most of the time, if they are it is because the games block count.
If you mean just random accessories such as models of hats and things, then yes there can be lag, but in the picture you added I would have to blame either your internet connection or your computer.
I’m pretty sure you can’t drop accesories in Roblox anymore (Which is what the picture in the post is showing), however that feature was used to create lag in old places when it was available, so I’d say yes, but not anymore.
