Can archived audio assets be moderated for copyright?

So I have uploaded some sound effects but, I don’t know if they are copyrighted. Instead of requesting a removal of assets via email to Roblox, Can I archive the audios to avoid copyright in the future? (if there that were to happen?)

This is the wrong category, but

iirc roblox wont punish you when they remove copyrighted music, they’ll just return the robux to your account
