Can i create a Squid Game glass bridge game?

Heya!

I’m planning on making a Squid Game Glass Bridge game as I see tones of Roblox. However, I still question the legal side of this. Is this infringing IP if I dont ask for consent? Or is it the case where I just dont include the “Squid Game” title in the project?

I’m pretty sure as long as you don’t use the “squid game” parts you should be fine. Afterall, it’s just a more brutal game of spleef.

For example, i could call it:

  • 100% WIN GLASS BRIDGE OBBY

but not

  • 20% SQUID GAME GLASS BRIDGE
