Can I Devex if I got banned for exploiting and other things in the past

To put it simply I did alot of stupid things on roblox before and ive been banned for most a week i think the most serve reason was pretty recent when i used an exploit on a stolen game and then got banned for a day but apart from that and all my old old bans due to just being rude ive not had anything pretty bad

Im not sure if I can like the game in a group or something but I dont want my bans to affect the project i have planned

I have 50+ moderation actions against my account (mostly from 2015 and earlier) and am approved for DevEx.

Well, It depends, If you do not do them continuously, Your request won’t get approved, Also it depends on the matter of fact what the mods think about this.
