Can I devex on multiple accounts?

So I want to create 2 new accounts, 1 for making games, and the other for publishing ugc’s. Would it be possible to devex on both accounts?

I’m also curious about this, is it against tos?

I mean, I can’t find it anywhere in the tos so it shouldn’t be, but I’m not sure which was why I asked it here.

Yes you can, but you will have to verify a different email on your wanted account so Roblox can invite that account to tipalti to make a new account. You can’t devex both account on the same tipalti account, but on both tipalti account you can have the same information including paypal/bank account your money of both account can transfer to.
