Can I ensure maximum loading quality from terrain, somehow?

I am working on an experience that depends on terrain. Given the sort of gameplay desired, I would need the visible terrain to load at maximum quality to ensure good visibility for the players.

As you may see in this video, when terrain is emptied a bit further away from the player, it creates these structures I want to avoid:

However, when the player approaches these structures, they start rendering correctly:

I want to ensure maximum render quality. Any ideas?
