I want to create a gallery game where people can submit roblox images for X amount of robux to be there forever. If somebody submits a bypassed image, will my game get banned? Images moderation will be done within 24 hours by my moderators.

If someone submits an inappropriate image and is in your game for other player to see then yes it will get banned if reported.

It’s an image in your game, so it is considered part of your game. You would face consequences if a player is to insert a bad bypassed image. What you could do is implement your own moderation system, though that might be time-consuming.

Images would get moderated within 24 hours. Making an approval system before image is shown would just be lame and pretty discouraging to the player in my opinion.

Doesn’t matter as its in your game for 24hrs then. You will still get banned.

I’ve seen games get banned because of exploiters inserting bypassed image labels that weren’t originally in a game, and then using a screenshot report.
Now Imagine if they’re actually part of the game.
