I have had over 100K MAU for like 4 months straight and then a couple months ago for another 3 months straight, is there any survey, emial, etc that I can use to get my Sparkletime Crown.

They give them out quarterly, every 3 months or so. You will get an email when they give them out.
For all intents and purposes, the program is discontinued (they insist otherwise but that’s a lie). Don’t hold out hope that you will get the crown.

I believe that is not correct, as they insist that it is not discontinued.

Going off of crown of o’s given in the past couple of years, it is pretty clear it’s discontinued (at least, for the immediate future). The email for it isn’t even monitored anymore.
