I have made a few games, but none of them did well. So, I was wondering if a player finished my game, I could give their avatar a hat or emote that they can use throughout any Roblox game. For example, once I tried the Lil Nas X concert (not that I have ever heard his music), and when you collected some coins, you got an emote that you could use in any game on Roblox. I’d like to do something like this, because then people might be motivated to play my games! Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Unfortunely, this is currently not possible. It is also forbidden by the TOS:
- As discussed in Roblox Terms of Use, you cannot (and you cannot allow others) sell, trade or give away Robux, digital goods or game codes except through official channels on Roblox platform. For example, you cannot conduct such transactions through chat, Roblox Groups, or third-party apps or websites. You also cannot buy or sell Roblox games or Groups.

Roblox developers who have special permissions form ROBLOX’s team can make/give away catalog items by attaching them to a badge. If you want to give away items as such, you will be needing permissions for Roblox admins who make these events. However, you can always give them “In-Game” prizes or a rank in the group in order to encourage players to return to your game.

i used to give robux to the top 10 players. but yeah i learned its forbidden. so i stopped it sadly
