No, they’re still on Roblox because they’re considered Fair Use. It’s how a person uses their trademark. Like I said if it’s associated with criminal or if the company disagrees with it they’ll strike. That’s why there’s assets being sold on turbosquid and another site because it’s derivative works. There is little to no negative impact to Coca Cola with a developer using their logo in a restaurant game in roblox.
This is both a parody and derivative work. It makes no difference if I kept SinoVac or DemoVac or the design of the box it still fair use. A cylinder with a coca cola logo still can be considered derivative.
