Hey, i want to make frames be blurry, this ones: 
for example, i have a white frame :
And i want to make it blurry at edges, or everywhere:

You could make the image blurry in a software off Roblox like paint.net and put it back into Roblox.
You could also find or make a semi-transparent blurry decal with something like noise and overlay it over something.
Edit: You would not be able to use frames, you would need to use image labels or image buttons. However I don’t think this is really an issue as images can do the same things as all the other UI stuff like frames.
