Don’t use trademarks and you’re fine. Make sure you create your own content and don’t steal any images you don’t have rights on.

Could you elaborate a little more on the type of game you want to make? Is it a game about iphone ads, or a game of an iphone with ads, or a game which is an iphone ad?
