It got me thinking – does Roblox allow UGC created by AI? I’m really curious since Roblox already uses over 50 different AI tools. Thought it’d be a fun topic to explore – any insights?

No.
Are you gonna be seen in good-light?
Probably not.
Would I recommend doing this?
No.
Do what you wish to, however I think a creator who is actually creating is always gonna be a better deal than what one refers to as “AI slop”
Why not come up with your own ideas and designs? Isn’t that the essential & fun part of the job?
