You can reactivate it. They’ll still review your appeal and make a decision, but I’ve seen multiple posts on Reddit of some users saying that their appeals of warnings were denied, because they ‘don’t affect the account negatively’.
However there’s no reason to appeal warnings actually (unless your uploaded assets got deleted because of it)
Spamming always start with a warning. So if you spam again you’ll get banned for 1 day. If you do it again you’ll get banned for 3 days. If you do it again you’ll get banned for 7 days. If you do it again your account will end up terminated.
All of this should happen within a month. If you became silent for a month, and then spammed again, you’d get a warning, not a ban.
It’s just a ban stack, and it will reset after a month, so don’t worry, but try not to chat much, as words like ‘ok’, ‘hi’, or even ‘yes’ can get you banned.
Multiple warnings do not indicate that your next moderation action is gonna be an account deletion. You should at least be given a 7-day ban so they’re able to terminate your account next time.
But there are specific violations that ALWAYS terminates your account without a warning nor a ban. Most common ones are Child Endangerment, Suicide/Self-Harm, Creating, promoting or participating in inappropriate content or behavior, buying or selling robux off-platform, facilitating accounts by receiving and/or moving stolen items, ban evasion, creating accounts just for the purpose of breaking the rules, and enforcement bans.
If you don’t know enforcement bans, they basically occur when Roblox detects you using alt accounts to evade bans applied on your main account. It’s determined by any connections between your main account and alt account, such as shared emails or phone numbers, similar usernames, same date of birth, same join date, etc.
And there are violations that also ALWAYS ban you for seven days. The ones I noticed are: Real-Life Threats and creating, promoting or participating in inappropriate content or behavior related to terrorism.
I know this is kinda off-topic, but I just wanted to let you know how moderation works.
Hope this helps!
