So i bought 15 ad credits and realized i need atleast 20 but for some reason the roblox platform requires you to buy at least 10 ad credits at once so i want to know if i can refund 5 ad credits so i dont i have to waste another 15 dollars.
If I’m not mistaken, you only need a minimum of 10 ad credits to start a campaign. You just have to select the Daily Budget option and set the number to 5 ad credits for a 24 hour long campaign. In your case though you can set it to 7.5 or you can make the campaign an extra day longer since you bought 15 ad credits.
