Overveiw
I’ll try to keep this pretty straightforward, so basically I want to sell not necessarily points, but I’ll just say “points” for now, because I don’t want to spoil the game idea or for the game to get stolen.
Main Question
So basically, I want to sell points for robux, that you can show off to your friends, climb a leaderboard etc. (you’ll also get these points every 15 seconds or so). But, I want other players to be able to delete all the points, or basically just delete everyone’s data globally for robux.
Examples / What I’ve looked at
I’ve looked around the devforum for a bit, and have found really nothing talking about stuff like this. I’ve seen something silimar in Color Place where players can buy “paint squares”, I forgot what they were called, but every day the map would reset.
Summary
So basically I was wondering if selling points for robux that other players could delete for robux, would go against roblox’s terms of service
So basically selling points for R$ so other players can delete them and claim the R$?
Sounds a little strange, and I’m guessing you’d take your percentage from this?
If players buy points and are fully informed they’re not permanent that’s one thing, but who’s to say you aren’t going to be the player that keeps going in, deleting points, and claiming the R$?
Other players won’t get the “points”, they’ll just delete everyone else’s “points”, so it’s not necessarily “claiming R$”. And yes, I will give the players a brief warning about how these are not permanent and can be deleted at any time.
Seems ok, but personally I think the game would have to be so good people would have to want to play it just to build up points daily that other people could just delete by paying.
