Can I sell T-Shirts without Premium?

I am currently trying to sell a t-shirt on one of my groups but it doesn’t let me, do you need ROBLOX premium? (sorry if its in the wrong category)

With Roblox Premium, you’re allowed to sell your own T-Shirts that has been made, without Roblox Premium, you can’t sell T-Shirts but only you can wear it to your avatar! :+1:

But does it need to be like approved by the moderators first and then it can be sold??
