I was making a crocodile pet mesh and it was going really well. I then made the big mistake of deciding to use the skin modifier for the back part of the eyes. I didn’t make the back part of the eyes a new object before I did this and now blender won’t stop lagging like crazy and I can’t make inputs. I’ve looked up the issue and it appears that no one had as little brain cells as I and decided to do this.The mesh already had a bevel modifier applied beforehand if this is what might’ve caused the issue. I’ve already tried going to new tabs, making keyboard inputs, and deleting the modifier but none of them work. I really like what I made and I know that I want to not have it be deleted at all costs, what can I do?
I spammed the delete modifier button and it eventually worked.
