So, im trying to make a PVP styled game and i want the player to be able to choose a voice for thier character (different countries). Is it even somewhat possible to do without roblox flagging said audio?
I am not sure where you are getting the audio (which might just be the problem in the first place), but I do not think there are any restrictions on uploading appropriate audios, even if they are a different language. People upload audios of people talking all the time for their games. Example: making scam calls to save your best friend tycoon - Roblox
So you should not be running into any problems with flagging.

As far as I’m concerned, you shouldn’t have any problems with Roblox flagging an audio that’s in a different language.

As long as the audio is not copyrighted you should be fine
