Am I able to use album cover for my game? i wanted to make a “Find The ____” game but with maybe song names, or album covers. Is that against TOS or how would I go about doing that?

It depends on what type of content you’re going to use, as it may involve copyright issues.

Google says using album covers in any way without permission could be a violation of copyright, so I probably would not use album covers. Its a cool idea though

You could get away with doing this but technically you could have some copyright issues.
I have seen a lot of other games using other people’s music so I was just curious. Thank you

Many top games use copyrighted material and get away with it. You’ll be fine
