I was just asking if i could make games with gran turismo music in the main menu. The song has no copyright bcuz its not made for sale outside the game and its made by the developer of gran turismo.

Well from my understanding it is fine, as long as a game doesn’t make profit with it, meaning that you can use it, but make no profit with the game your making. But since Roblox has premium payouts, your game has monetization. So no, you cannot use it.

I believe it’s fine if you give appropriate credit to the songs’ composers in the description (preferred) or credit menu. If people can easily see who made the songs, then it should be fine. Make sure you claim you do not own the soundtracks in the audio description as well
